苜蓿多糖抗肿瘤活性初探

摘    要:为探讨苜蓿多糖的抗肿瘤活性,用热水浸提法得到苜蓿粗多糖,经DEAE-纤维素柱分段层析,获得S1、S2、S3、S44种组分,将它们和粗多糖S0分别通过腹腔注射于移植S-180腹水瘤和H-22腹水瘤的小鼠,测定小鼠体重的变化及生命延长率,结果表明:S1、S2能明显地抑制S-180腹水瘤和H-22腹水瘤小鼠体重的增加,且二者与对照组相比能极显著地延长荷瘤小鼠的生存期。

Abstract:In order to investigate antitumor activity of Alfalfa polysaccharides,crude Alfalfa polysaccharide were extracted by hot water and purified by DEAE-cellulose column chromatography,four ingredients S1,S2,S3,S4 were obtained.Crude polysaccharides S0 and S1,S2,S3,S4 were respectively injected to mice implanted Sarcoma 180 and Hepatoma 22 ascitic fluid tumor,the body weight change of mice and its life-span were also detected.The results showed that S1 and S2 could inhibit weight increase and strikingly prolonger the life-span of mice implanted Sarcoma 180 or Hepatoma 22 than those of control group mice.
