摘    要:利用多糖化学改性方法和动物移植性实体瘤实验,研究了5种化学改性方法(羧甲基化、乙酰化、甲基化、硫酸化以及部分降解)对山药多糖RDPS-1抗肿瘤活性的影响,结果发现化学改性对多糖的生物活性有显著的影响。低度羧甲基化、低度甲基化和中度乙酰化能显著地提高多糖的抗肿瘤活性,而部分降解和硫酸化使多糖的抗肿瘤活性显著降低。

Abstract:Effects of carboxymethylation, acetylation, methylation, sulfation and partial degradation on the antitumor activity of RDPS-I were studied with chemical modification melhods and animal experiments. The results indicated that chemical modification had a significant influence on the antitumor activity of RDPS-I. Lower degree of carboxymethylation and methylation, medium degree of acetylation could greatly improve the antitumor activity of RDPS-I, but the sulfation and partial degradation lowered the antitumor activity seriously.
