| 摘 要： | 类黄酮广泛分布于植物界，具有显的生物活性和药理作用，极具开发应用价值。但有关类黄酮提取的研究多是一些零星的报道，本就类黄酮提取的基本原理、影响因素和传统方法进行了系统归纳和详细阐述，指出了每种传统方法的研究现状、存在的主要问题及今后的发展方向。

| Abstract: | Flavonoids are widely distributed in plants. They have attracted much attention because of their remarkable physiological and pharmacological activities.In the paper,the fundamental ,affecting factors and traditional strategies for the extraction of flavonoids are discussed systematically and detailedly,especially the research status ,the major problems related and the tendency in the application of traditional methods are pointed out. |
