摘    要:大麦虫是一种新的蛋白源昆虫,作为昆虫养殖新秀,其幼虫营养价值比黄粉虫更高,可用作水产动物饵料。本研究以提高大麦虫的营养价值、降低养殖成本,实现循环经济、再生资源利用为目的,利用酶制剂生产过程中产生的废料作为大麦虫的饲料进行饲养及成分检测。结果表明,与普通以麦麸为饲料的大麦虫相比,以麦麸、发酵废料1∶1为饲料的大麦虫在饲养过程、个体质量、灰分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维的含量等方面均没有显著性差异。

Abstract:Superworn(Zophobas morio L.)is a new protein resource insects.Its larvae are high nutrient to mealworm(Tenebrio molitor L.)as animal feed.The purpose of this study is to improve the nutritional value of larvae,reduce farming costs,achieve circular economy and use of renewable resources.This experiment uesd the waste,which produced in fermentation process of enzymes,to rear superworm,observed its growth,and detected its conventional ingredients.The results show that,compared with the common superworms,the experimental group,which reared with mixture of fermentation waste and wheat bran(1 ∶1),had similar growth process,individual quality,ash content,protein content,fat content and fiber content.
