杜衡挥发油的超声波协同微波辅助提取及其GC/MS分析

摘    要:在单因素试验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken设计对杜衡挥发油超声波协同微波提取工艺中的液料比、微波功率和微波时间3因素的最优化组合进行了定量研究,建立并分析了各因素与得率关系的数学模型.结果表明:最佳的工艺条件为液料比10mL/g,微波功率234W和提取时间131s.经试验验证,在此条件下得率为8.29%,与理论计算值8.32%基本一致.说明回归模型能较好地预测杜衡挥发油的提取得率.并采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对杜衡挥发油成分进行了分离鉴定,分离出30种成分,确认了其中21种,采用峰面积归一化法确定了各成分的相对含量.
