肝性脑病防治肽-高F值低聚肽的研究

支链氨基酸与芳香族氨基酸摩尔数之比称为F值（Fischer ratio）。作叙述了已报道的高F值制品经注射或口服均可改善肝性脑病病人血液氨基酸的功效，并对其药理及临床实效进行了简介。本研究以玉米黄粉为原料，经过二次选择性酶解，制成低聚肽混合物，并以活性炭选择性地分除芳香族氨基酸或肽，从而制得F值＞20的高F值功能低聚肽混合物，其得率（产品含氮量：黄粉含氮量）为15％左右,无苦味.研究以大鼠进行的动物试验证实了所得产品具有防治肝性脑病的功效，其效果等于（或微优于）市售相应的晶体氨基酸的配制品。预计本研究所得产品的成本将远低于市售。

High Fischer Ratio Peptide Mixture--For Patients Suffered from Hepatic Encephalopathy

The ratio of BCAA (branched chain amino acid) vs. AAA (aromatic amino acid) was named as Fischer ratio. High Fischer ratio protein hydrolysate, especial its peptide mixture are effective for patients suffered from hepatic encephalopathy. A process was proposed to produce a high F ratio (>20) peptide mixture from corn gluten meal(CGM). It was mainly hydrolyzed in the bond of AAA by protease A. Then to liberate the AAA at the end of peptide by protease B. Liberated AAA was adsorbed by activated char and then removed. The type of proteases and activated char were optimized. No bitterness high Fischer ratio (F>20) peptide mixture was produced. The yield was more than 15% (based on N content in CGM). Biological functions were tested by animal test. The results proved that high Fischer ratio peptide mixture produced by proposed process, was available for protecting and cure of young male rats With hepatic disease.
