| Abstract: | Much more attentions have been paid to the safety issues about trans fatty acids in recent years. The effort to get trans fat out of the food supply is getting a potential boost from the food industry and biotech industry. The recent developments around such researches are reviewed and an update on the trans issues is detailed. |
