摘    要:在阐述血管紧张纛转化酶抑制剂降压机理的基础上,综述了食品蛋白质降血肽的研究进展,对结构与活性之间的关系及其在降低高血压患者血压中的重要性进行了讨论,并展望了其广阔的发展前景。

Advances in the Antihypertensive Peptides Derived from Food Proteins
Abstract:Putting focus on the antihypertensive mechanism of angiotensin converting enzymeinhibitor(ACEI),advances in the research on antihypertensive peptides derived from food protein are reviewed.The relationship between the antihypertensive activity and structure,as well as the indispensible importance of the peptides in lowering the blood pressure of hypertensions are discussed,and their wide developmental prospects are forecasted.
