Advances in the Antihypertensive Peptides Derived from Food Proteins |

| Abstract: | Putting focus on the antihypertensive mechanism of angiotensin converting enzymeinhibitor(ACEI),advances in the research on antihypertensive peptides derived from food protein are reviewed.The relationship between the antihypertensive activity and structure,as well as the indispensible importance of the peptides in lowering the blood pressure of hypertensions are discussed,and their wide developmental prospects are forecasted. |
