摘    要:本研究使用BIOLOG ECO平板测定不同储藏年限稻谷微生物群落功能的特性,比较分析了总碳源平均色度变化率(AWCD值)、6类碳源对应的平均色度变化率(AWCD值)、多样性指数并且进行了主成分分析。试验结果表明:未储藏新鲜稻谷的微生物群落代谢功能最强,储藏1年稻谷的微生物群落代谢功能最弱,其后随着储藏时间的增加,储藏稻谷微生物群落的代谢功能逐渐增加;不同储藏年限的稻谷,其微生物群落对胺类碳源的代谢利用能力有显著差异,在6类碳源中对碳水化合物类碳源的代谢利用能力最强;未储藏新鲜稻谷的多样性最大,随着储藏时间的增加,呈现先增加后减少的趋势。通过主成分分析发现,未储藏新鲜稻谷微生物群落的代谢功能与其他储藏年限稻谷存在明显的差异。

Analysis on the metabolic characteristics of rice microbial community with different storage periods
Abstract:The BIOLOG ECO microplates were used to measure the metabolic characteristics of rice microbial communities with different storage periods. The average well color development (AWCD) of all carbon sources, the AWCD of the six kinds of carbon sources and the diversity indexes were compared and analyzed, and principal component analysis was carried out. The results showed that the microbial community of no-storing rice had the strongest metabolic function, and the microbial community of one-year-stored rice had the weakest metabolic function. With the increase of storage period, the metabolic function of the microbial community increased gradually. Besides, the microbial community of stored rice had a significant difference in the metabolism of amine carbon sources, and the metabolic utilization of carbohydrate carbon sources was the strongest among the six kinds of carbon sources. The diversity index of no-storing rice was the largest, and it tended to increase first and decrease later with the increase of storage period.Through principal component analysis, it was found that the metabolic function of the microbial community of no-storing rice was significantly different from the rice with other storage periods.
