摘 要: | 以山苍子核仁油为原料,筛选出最佳固定化脂肪酶催化不完全水解合成中碳链甘油二酯。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验确定的最优反应条件为:加水量5%(占油重)、加酶量16%(占油重)、反应时间7 h。该条件下制备中碳链甘油二酯的含量为47.51%,而山苍子核仁原油中的中碳链甘油二酯的含量为17.24%,与山苍子核仁油原油中的中碳链甘油二酯的含量相比提高了2.76倍。此工艺为山苍子核仁油的工业化生产中碳链甘油二酯提供理论依据。

Study on preparation of Litsea cubeba kernel oil rich in medium-chain diacylglycerol by enzymatic method |

Abstract: | Using Litsea cubeba kernel oil as the raw material, the best immobilized lipase was selected to catalyze the incomplete hydrolysis to synthesize medium-chain diacylglycerol. Based on the single factor experiment, the optimal reaction conditions determined by the orthogonal experiment were: water addition 5% (based on oil weight), enzyme addition 16% (based on oil weight), and reaction time 7 h. Under this condition, the content of medium-chain diacylglycerol was 47.51%, while the content of medium-chain diacylglycerol in the crude oil of Litsea cubeba kernel was 17.24%. Compared with the content of medium-chain diacylglycerol in crude oil of Litsea cubeba kernel, it was increased by 2.76 times. This process provides a theoretical basis for the industrial production of medium-chain diacylglycerol in Litsea cubeba kernel oil. |
