无损检测技术在杂粮品质评价中的应用研究进展

摘    要:杂粮在精准加工过程中,明确营养组分含量是关键因素之一,同时杂粮的产地、品种等指标对杂粮的品牌保护极为重要。无损检测技术具有快速、高效、无损的技术特点在诸多领域得到了广泛应用。本文对无损检测技术的概况进行了论述,指出了近红外光谱技术、拉曼光谱技术及电子鼻/舌技术的检测原理及优缺点,并重点表达了对杂粮组分、产地判别及品种鉴定等方向的研究进展及存在不足,同时也对无损检测技术在杂粮领域的研究中提出了一些研究目标及方向,旨在为杂粮的精准加工及无损检测技术的完善提供理论参考。

Research progress on application of nondestructive testing technology in quality evaluation of coarse cereals
Abstract:In the process of precise processing of coarse grains, clarifying the content of nutritional components is one of the key factors. At the same time, the indexes of the origin and varieties of coarse grains are very important for the brand protection of coarse grains. Nondestructive detection technology has rapid, efficient, non-destructive technical characteristics has been widely used in many fields. In this summary, the probability of nondestructive detection techniques is discussed. The detection principles and advantages and disadvantages of near-infrared spectrum technology, Raman spectrum technology and electronic nose / tongue technology are indicated, it also expresses the research progress and shortcomings of coarse grain composition, origin identification and variety identification, at the same time, some research objectives and directions are also put forward for the nondestructive testing technology in the field of coarse grains, the aim is to provide a theoretical reference for the precise processing of coarse grain and the improvement of non-destructive testing technology.
