| 摘 要： | 研究了猕猴桃籽油索氏提取、热回流提取、超声波提取及超临界二氧化碳四种提取方法。从提取效率、油的得率及绿色环保几个因素综合考虑,超声波提取法和超临界二氧化碳萃取法是比较理想的两种提取方法。

| Abstract: | Four extraction methods,SUO-SHT extraction,organic solvent heat circumfluence extraction,ultrasonic extraction,and supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction,were tested to evaluate the effect on extraction of Chinese gooseberry seed oil.Considering factors of extraction efficiency,oil yield and environmental protection,the ultrasonic extraction and the supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction are the appropriate methods. |
