摘    要:以八角茴香油为心材,明胶和壳聚糖为壁材,采用复凝聚法制备了八角茴香油微胶囊,并对影响微胶囊形成的主要因素如壳聚糖脱乙酰度、系统浓度、壁材与心材的比例、pH值、乳化剂浓度等进行了试验,确定了比较适宜的反应条件。

Abstract:The technical conditions of preparing star aniseed oil microcapsule by complex coacervation were studied.The microcapsule was composed of star aniseed oil as core material,chitosan and glutin as shell material.The main factors affecting the microencapsulation,such as deacetylation degree,system concentration,ratio of shell/core materials,pH value,and emulsifier concentration,were studied,and the suitable technical conditions of preparing the microcapsule were found through experiments.
