紫外分光光度法测定保健品中卵磷脂的含量

摘    要:卵磷脂具有多种生理功能,是各种磷脂保健品的主要成分.本文采用紫外分光光度计,建立了卵磷脂的分光光度快速测定方法.结果表明,该方法无需消解、显色,且具有良好的线性关系、重现性和稳定性,加样回收率为97.07%.采用该法对市售的4种卵磷脂保健品进行了分离测定,效果良好.

Abstract:The lecithin possesses physiological functions and is one of the main components of various functional foods. The content of lecithin in functional food was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results prove that the method is simple, quick, and accurate with RSD of 5%, suitable for detection of lecithin. Using the method to determine the lecithin content in functional food,the sample need not to be digested and the recovery is 97.07%.
