植物挥发油提取方法及应用研究进展

摘    要:提取植物挥发油不仅对香料、食品、日用化妆品工业生产具有实用价值,而且对人类保健也有重要意义。本文总结回顾了水蒸气蒸馏,溶剂萃取,油脂吸收,压榨法等植物挥发油传统提取方法,并综述了多种现代分离技术在植物油提取中的应用研究进展,主要包括酶法、CO2超临界流体萃取、亚临界水萃取、超声波辅助提取、微波辐射、微胶囊-双水相萃取、同时蒸馏萃取及固相萃取等技术。
