摘    要:采用热聚合方式,合成环氧大豆油基树脂,优化反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、增稠剂用量等条件。实验结果表明,适当的提高反应温度,增加反应时间、催化剂用量以及增稠剂用量,有利于提高产物黏度,增强热处理效果。当反应中环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯的质量为50 g,增稠剂聚丙烯酰胺的质量为0.45 g,催化剂三苯基膦为1 g,反应时间为4.5 h时,得到的树脂酸值为3.90 mgKOH/g,黏度为495 mPa·s,光泽度为2.10%,明度为88.78%,色泽偏蓝绿方向,标准色差为0.88,符合油墨用树脂的标准。

Study on the Mechanism of Heat Treatment to Improve Printability of Epoxy Resin
Abstract:The epoxy soybean oil-based resin was synthesized by thermal polymerization, and the reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst amount, and amount of thickener were optimized. The experimental results showed that increasing the reaction temperature, increasing the reaction time, the amountof catalyst and thickener are beneficial to increase the viscosity of the product and enhance the heat treatment effect. When the mass of the acrylatedepoxidized soybean oil is 50 g in the reaction, the mass of the thickener as polyacrylamide is 0.45 g, and the catalyst triphenylphosphine is 1 g, and the reaction time is 4.5 h. The obtained resin has an acid value of 3.90 mgKOH/g, aviscosity of 495 mPa.s, a gloss of 2.10%, a brightness of 88.78%, a blueish-green color, and a standard color difference of 0.88, which isin accordance with the standard of the resin abuse in ink.
