花生短肽脱盐工艺研究

摘    要:对花生短肽脱盐方法进行了系统研究,比较了阴阳离子交换树脂法、大孔树脂法和阴阳离子混合床法的脱盐效果,结果显示,阴阳离子混合床脱盐法效果最优。在此基础上,对花生短肽阴阳离子混合床脱盐工艺进行优化,确定了花生短肽脱盐较优参数组合为:水解液过柱速度为5~10倍柱体积/h、水解液初始pH值4.5、阴阳离子树脂比例为3:2,在此条件下花生短肽脱盐率和回收率均大于80%。成分测定结果表明,脱盐后花生肽纯度达到90.25%。

Abstract:The different desalting methods of peanut oligopeptide, including cation-anion exchange resins, macroporous resin and mixed bed, were studied. The mixed bed was proved to be the best one. On the basis, the desalting process of peanut oligopeptide by cation-anion exchange resins mixed bed was optimized to improve product purity. Results: The obtained optimum conditions are hydrolyte flow rate 5~10 BV/h, initial pH value of hydrolyte 4.5 and ratio of anion / cation exchange resins 3 : 2. The desalting rate and oligopeptide recovery rate are all above 80%, better effect than the traditional desalting method. The purity of the desahing peanut oligopeptides is 90.25%.
