TAED活化过氧化氢漂白废纸浆的研究

摘    要:阐述了漂白活化剂TAED的性质及其活化机理,采用单因素分析的方法,主要从TAED的用量、漂白时间、温度、NaOH用量等几个方面研究了TAED对废纸浆过氧化氢漂白的活化效果。结果表明,TAED对过氧化氢漂白有显著的活化作用,与常规过氧化氢漂白相比,加入TAED可使漂白在较低的温度与较短的反应时间内进行,且能获得更好的白度。

Abstract:The research was conducted to determine the impact that tetra acetyl ethylene diamine (TAED) has on the bleaching of recycled pulp. The dosage of TAED, temperature, reaction time, and the dosage of NaOH were the primary variables evaluated. Results show that the addition of TAED in recycled pulp H2O2 bleaching results in a higher brightness of the pulp while it can be carried out at a lower temperature and in a shorter reaction time compared with the conventional H2O2 bleaching process.
