成都市温江区餐厨垃圾现状及对策探讨

摘    要:通过对不同规模样本的抽样调查,大致查明了成都市温江区居民、餐饮企业和农贸市场的餐厨垃圾现状。其中,2019年温江区居民人均日产餐厨垃圾量为0.443kg。整个温江区居民、餐饮企业和农贸市场日产餐厨垃圾共551.3t(不含小型餐饮企业)。本研究还调查分析了区内目前回收处理餐厨垃圾的现状和存在的问题,在此基础上提出了若干建议供有关部门参考。

Abstract:Through the sampling survey of different scale samples,the present situation of food waste of resi?dents,catering enterprises and farmers'markets in Wenjiang district of Chengdu was roughly identified.Among them,the per capita daily output of food waste in Wenjiang district in 2019 is 0.443 kg.The daily output of food waste of residents,catering enterprises and farmers markets in Wenjiang district is 551.3t(excluding small catering enterprises).This study also investigated and analyzed the current situation and existing problems of food waste recycling in the area,and put forward some suggestions for the relevant departments.
