| 摘 要： | 研究探讨了皮肤黑色的成因和皮肤美白机理。通过测定常用的6种生物美白剂对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率，初步建立美白剂效果的评价体系，实验还表明自制中草药萃取物美白效果明显，抑制率可达95％。同时，开发了3种美白、祛斑、防晒等功能的化妆品，市场潜力很大。

| Abstract: | The study carry out researches into c auses of skin melanine and skin -whit ening mechanism.By detemining inhitory a ctivity,against tyrosinase of six b iological whitening agent in com-mon use,preliminary building syste m of evaluating effect of whitening a gents.Test also indicate that extractives of traditional Chinese medicines are good shin -whitening,inhibitory ratio is 95%.At same time,developing three whitening ,a nti -freckle and sunscreen cosmetic s,there's much market for these cosmetics. |
