PVP用于活性染料皂洗的探讨

摘    要:在高硬度水质及高浓度电解质条件下,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)比马来酸酐/丙烯酸共聚物(MA—AA)有更好的抗再沾污性能。它与非离子表面活性剂复配,形成了一种既有较好净洗能力,又有较强抗沾色能力的皂洗剂。与一般工艺相比,PVP用于活性染料染色后处理工艺中能减少水洗次数,达到满意的皂洗效果。

Abstract:Under the condition of high hardness and high electrolyte concentration,polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) shows better soil redeposition resistance than acrylate-maleic anhydride copolymer(MA-AA).It is compounded with non-ionic surfactant to form a soaping agent with good washing off property and anti-staining.Compared with conventional process,it can reduce washing times and obtain satisfactory result.
