转杯纺苎麻棉混纺纱的工艺优化

摘    要:分析了纺杯速度、工艺风压、分梳辊速度对苎麻棉转杯纱成纱质量的影响,通过正交试验对工艺参数进行了优化。53tex苎麻75/棉25特杯砂的性能测试结果表明:纺杯速度对转杯纺苎麻棉混纺纱的断裂强度、断裂伸长率、强力CV值、条干CV值影响显著;分梳辊速度对强力CV值 、最小强度、结杂粒数影响显著;工艺排风风压对条干CV值影响显著。综合考虑转杯纱各项性能,选择纺杯速度55000r/min、分梳辊速度9000r/rain、工艺排风风压1200Pa为最佳工艺组舍。

Abstract:The influenced of rotor speed, air pressure, taker-in speed on yarn quality were analyzed. Technology optimizing was done through orthogonal test. Property of ramie 53 tex 75/cotton 25 rotor spun yarn was tested, the result shows that influence of rotor speed on strength, elongation, strength CV, evenness CV is evident, influence of taker--in speed on strength CV, minimal strength, impurity number is evident, that influence of air pressure on strength CV is evident. Through researching each performance of rotor spun yarn, the reasonable technology should be that rotor speed is 55000 r/rain, taker-in speed is 9000 r/min, air pressure is 1200 Pa.
