亲水性有机硅柔软剂的合成及应用研究

摘    要:采用微乳液聚合法,对有机硅乳液进行氨基聚醚改性实验。在一定条件下共聚制得了淡黄色阴离子有机硅乳液,该乳液粘度适中,pH值为中性。同时对乳液的聚合反应机理及各种因素对乳液聚合的影响进行了探讨。乳液应用结果表明,该柔软剂柔软性和亲水性俱佳,是一种性能优良的纺织助剂。

Abstract:The silicone emulsion was synthesized by copolymerization, which was modified by ether in the base of amino modified silicone emulsion. The anionic silicone microemulsion was polymerized under certain conditions, the end of product is that thelviscosity is moderate and the pH serve is neutrality. The mechanism of copolymerization was synthesized and the affection of all kinds of factors on emulsion polymerization was discussed. Its applied properties was tested, the result indicate that the softener has good soft property and hydrophilic when it is applied in the practice. It is an excellent property agent for textiles.
