摘    要:以玻璃纤维与丙纶长丝的混并无捻纱线为原料,织成纬编平针和罗纹针织物后。采用热压成型的方法制备成复合材料。对该复合材料进行了拉伸变形实验,并通过拍照记录了其细观结构的变化。结果表明,复合材料的变形性能与增强纤维的含量,织物的组织结构及参数,拉伸方向等因素有关。

Abstract:This paper is concerned with a composite consisting of glass and polypropylene commingled yarn. The plain and rib weft-knitted fabric were made of this type of commingled yarn, and then the hot-press method was used to produce composites. Tensile tests on composites samples were carried out to examine their deformation properties. At the same time, the changes of meso-structure were recorded by photographing. The experiment results indicate the deformation properties of composites are affected by fiber volume fraction,fabric structure and parameter,tensile direction etc.
