摘    要:该试验建立了一种同时测定艾纳香油中花椒油素、樟脑、1-辛烯-3-醇、左旋龙脑及芳樟醇5种活性成分含量的HPLC-RID方法。采用HPLC-RID色谱分析,选用Supersil-T C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),60%甲醇水流动相等度洗脱(RID检测器),流速1.0 mL/min,柱温40℃,进样量5μL。结果表明,HPLC-RID色谱分析中花椒油素、樟脑、1-辛烯-3-醇、左旋龙脑、芳樟醇5个成分分别在24.125~193,28.375~227,22.625~181,26.875~215和29.25~234μg/mL质量浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,且r>0.999;5种成分的最低检出限为0.13~1.34 mg/kg;其精密度分别为0.90%,0.53%,0.92%,0.64%和0.74%,仪器的精密度良好;在低(80%)、中(100%)、高(120%)三个加标浓度下,方法平均回收率分别为99.626%,100.500%,99.575%,99.634%和99.614%。通过对HPLC-RID色谱分析方法进行方法学验证,结果表明该方法符合方法学验证要求,操作快速简便,重复性好,精密度、分离度良好,可用于艾纳香油的多成分含量测定及质量控制。

Abstract:A HPLC-RID method for the simultaneous determination of five active ingredients of Xanthoxylin,Camphor,1-octene-3-ol,L-Borneol and Linalool in Blumea balsamifera oil was established.HPLC-RID chromatography was performed on a Supersil-T C18column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),eluting with 60%methanol in water.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was controlled at 40℃,and refractive index detector(RID)was used.The injection volume was 5μL.The results showed that five components had good linear relationships in the ranges of 24.125-193,28.375-227,22.625-181,26.875-215 and 29.25-234μg/mL,and r was more than 0.999.The minimum detection limit of five components was 0.13-1.34 mg/kg;Its precision was 0.90%,0.53%,0.92%,0.64%and 0.74%,and the precision of the instrument was good;The average recoveries of the standard samples at three quality levels of low(80%),medium(100%)and high(120%)were 99.626%,100.500%,99.575%,99.634%and 99.614%.Through methodological verification of HPLC-RID chromatography method,the HPLC-RID method met the requirements of methodological verification,and it was fast and easy to operate,with good reproducibility,good precision and resolution.
