食品安全国家标准中维生素的测定方法及进展

Methods and Progress of Vitamin Determination in National Food Safety Standards

In addition to energy substances such as protein,fat and carbohydrates,vitamins are essential nutrients for the human body.It’s very important indicators for evaluating their nutritional quality.Testing the content of vitamins in food is a necessary condition to ensure its quality and safety.The methods for detecting vitamins in foods are mainly reviewed.The preparation,detection limits and so on in the current national food standard are summarized,in order to increase the work efficiency for the testing workers,and to provide reference for the research and development of food testing methods in the future.
