顶空-气相色谱法测定一次性餐具中溶剂残留

摘    要:建立顶空气相色谱检测一次性塑料餐饮用具中总溶剂及苯类溶剂残留的分析方法。对平衡温度、分流比进行优化,采用CD-624毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。结果表明,平衡温度110℃,分流比10︰1条件最优,12种溶剂能完全分离,线性关系良好,r均大于0.999。在0.01~0.1 mg/m^2范围内,加标回收率在78.33%~96.17%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.12%~5.1%之间,检出限在0.004~0.010 mg/m^2之间。该方法快速、准确,可满足一次性塑料餐饮用具中总溶剂及苯类溶剂残留的检测,试验表明部分餐饮用具在一定温度下挥发出一定量总溶剂及苯类溶剂,且随着环境温度越高,挥发量越高。

Abstract:A method for the determination of total solvents and benzene solvent residues released from the disposable plastic catering utensils by the headspace gas chromatography was established.The temperature for equilibration and shunting ratio of the sample were studied,and the separation was performed on a CD-624 capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm).The compounds in solvent residues were detected by FID.The results showed that the temperature for equilibration and shunting ratio of the sample in the head-space vessel were 110℃and 10︰1;About 12 kinds of solvents were separated from each other completely,and the good linear range(r>0.999)could be achieved by this method,within the range of 0.01-0.1 mg/m^2;The recoveries were 78.33%-96.17%with RSD(n=6)in the range of 0.12%-5.1%,and the limits of detection were 0.004-0.010 mg/m^2.This analysis method was rapid and accurate,and it could be used for the simultaneous determination of total solvents and benzene solvent residues released from the disposable plastic catering utensils.The experiment indicated that under the condition of a certain temperature,correction fluid samples were volatilized a certain of total solvents and benzene solvent residues.The higher the temperature varied,the larger the volatile amount of total solvents and benzene solvent residues was obtained.
