摘    要:为研究不同保鲜模式对上海青贮藏品质的影响,在智能嵌入式气调试验台上,以上海青作为试验材料,分别采用低温、温湿双控、气调3种保鲜模式进行对比试验,比较在不同保鲜环境对上海青贮藏品质的影响。结果表明,贮藏时间2 d以内, 3种保鲜模式对上海青的品质无较大差异;贮藏时间6 d以内,气调、温湿双控2种保鲜模式无显著差异,但优于低温保鲜模式;贮藏时间6 d以上,气调保鲜模式相较于低温、温湿双控2种保鲜模式尤为明显,能有效防止上海青在贮藏时水分丢失,较好地抑制上海青叶片的黄化与腐烂,具有良好感官品质。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of different fresh-keeping modes on storage quality of Brassica rapa var. Chinensis, three fresh-keeping modes of refrigerated, refrigerated-humidification and controlled atmosphere were used to compare the effects of different fresh-keeping modes on storage quality of Brassica rapa var. Chinensis on intelligent embedded controlling atmosphere experimental platform. The results showed that for the storage within 2 d, the three fresh-keeping modes on storage quality of Brassica rapa var. Chinensis were undifferentiated. For the storage within 6 d, controlled atmosphere and refrigerated-humidification modes had no significant difference, but was better than that of refrigerated fresh-keeping mode. For more than 6 d storage, comparing with refrigerated mode and refrigerated-humidification fresh-keeping mode, controlled atmosphere mode could effectively prevent the Brassica rapa var. Chinensis from water loss, suppress the Brassica rapa var. Chinensis leaves etiolating and decay and have good sensory quality well.
