摘    要:探讨Outlast改性腈纶织物的生产要点。采用Outlast改性腈纶纤维与棉纤维混纺,根据纤维和纱线的性能特点,合理设置各工序工艺技术措施,有效控制了产品生产过程中存在的静电现象严重、微胶囊磨损易破裂、毛羽增加等问题,使织机效率达90%以上。

Abstract:Key points in producing Outlast modified acrylic fabric were discussed.Outlast modified acrylic fiber and cotton were blended.According to fiber and yarn properties,technology measures in each process were set rationally,the problems in production were controlled effectively such as severe electrostatic phenomenon,microcapsules easy to wear and break,hairiness increase,finally loom efficiency can reach above 90%.
