物联网纺织空调控制系统的探讨

摘    要:研究基于物联网的纺织空调控制系统。介绍了基于物联网的纺织空调控制系统的硬件和软件构成,包括RFID系统、GSM/GPRS无线传输系统、PLC程序、集中监控程序等,并介绍了在企业的应用效果。结果表明:系统可以提升生产效率,节能降耗明显。认为:行业应尽快制定统一技术标准,形成管理机制。

Abstract:Textile air conditioning control system on internet of things was discussed.Hardware and software of textile air conditioning control system on internet of things were introduced,including RFID system,GSM/GPRS wireless transmission system,PLC program,centralized monitoring program.Application of the system in mill was introduced.The result shows that production efficiency can be improved and energy consumption can be reduced through the system.It is considered that uniform technology standard should be developed as soon as possible in textile industry,management mechanism should be formed.
