抗静电织物的性能测试

摘    要:介绍了经铜盐溶液处理后的腈纶抗静电纤维纺制抗静电纱的工艺配置,并进一步进行了试织,通过测量几种典型布样的表面比电阻、织物表面摩擦静电压、织物电荷面密度三项指标,分析了其抗静电性能.结果表明采用经2%铜盐溶液处理后的腈纶导电纤维抗静电纱所织制的抗静电织物具有良好的抗静电性能,可达到抗静电的目的.

Abstract:Spinning anti static yarn with acrylic anti static fibers which are treated by copper solution. Anti static property of several typical cloth is analyzed through testing surface specific resistance, surface friction static voltage and electric charge surface density. The test shows that anti static fabric has better anti static property which is weaving with acrylic electroconductive fibers treated by 2% copper solution, and it can realize anti static property.
