| 摘 要： | 探讨FA299型精梳机的使用及工艺性能优化。介绍了FA299型精梳机以及配套FA1398型条并卷机的技术规格,通过合理选择条并巷机小卷定量、并合及牵伸工艺以及对精梳机锡林速度、顶梳插入深度、棉网搭接刻度、毛刷插入深度、落棉刻度等工艺参数进行试验与优选,采取技术措施控制精梳条棉结及条干,结果使CJ 9.7 tex纱质量达到了较好的质量水平。
