| 摘 要： | 阐述中国棉纺织工业面临的形势与主要任务.通过分析近年来中国棉纺织工业的设备状况及技术水平、棉花生产的发展状况以及棉花检验技术与管理升级方面的基本情况,提出中国棉纺织工业当前面临的主要任务是:促进高新产品升级、注重技术创新、继续提高纺织设备自动化水平和大卷装水平、重视及利用棉花流通体制改革和棉花检验体制改革成果.
