环锭纺细纱机导纱动程的探讨

摘    要:探讨加大环锭纺细纱机导纱动程的可行性。分析了环锭细纱机导纱动程的作用及制约因素,对须条在胶辊表面不同位置时胶辊握持力进行了测试分析,并在7个品种上进行了导纱动程从传统的6mm~9mm加大到15mm~18mm的对比试验。结果表明,适当加大导纱动程,不会影响成纱质量,且可以延长胶辊使用寿命,一个复磨周期延长3个月~4个月。要精心做好导纱动程调整工作,并注意将导纱线速度控制在4mm/min以内。

Abstract:Feasibility of increasing ring spinning frame guiding travel was discussed. Function and restraining factors of ring spinning frame guiding travel were analyzed. Gripping force of rubber-covered roll was tested and analyzed as fiber strand laid in different rubber-covered roll surface position. Guiding travel was contrasted and tested on seven products from 6 mm~9 mm to 15 mm~18 mm. The result shows that yarn quality will not be effected when guiding travel is increased properly,while rubber-covered roll lifetime could be extended,one re-regrinding period could be extended 3 to 4 months. Guiding travel adjustment should be done carefully and guiding linear speed should be controlled under 4 mm/min.
