FA503型细纱机卷绕成形控制改造

摘    要:为了进一步改善细纱机的卷绕成形效果,采用单片机和步进电机系统取代FA503型细纱机原继电器控制电路,对细纱凸轮成形机构进行了改造.介绍了控制系统的功能设计及硬件组成,重点推导了用步进电机驱动钢领板的控制算法.运行试验表明,输入工艺参数后,改进后的卷绕成形机构可满足不同工艺的要求.

Abstract:To improve the winding and shaping effect of spinning frame,single chip processor and step motor instead of the relay circuit of FA503 spinning frame was adopted,and cam shaping mechanism of spinning frame was innovated.The functional design and hardware component of control system were introduced,and the control calculation of driving ring plate with step motor was deduced in details.The operation test shows that innovated mechanism of winding and shaping can satisfy the demands of different processing when inputted processing parameters.
