减少纱线毛羽新途径及贴伏浆纱毛羽工艺研究

摘    要:为探讨纱线毛羽的产生原因及减少毛羽的方法,分析了紧密纺纱技术、络筒工序、浆纱工序减少纱线毛羽的作用机理,重点研究了浆纱过程中浆料选配、预湿上浆工艺、高压上浆工艺、预热浆槽位置、湿浆纱行进路线、浆纱蠕变等因素对纱线毛羽的影响.指出:紧密纺纱技术及Perla-A毛羽减少器可以有效减少毛羽,浆纱工序贴伏毛羽的有效措施是合理选用浆料、采用预湿上浆、高压上浆以及改变湿浆纱行进路线等工艺条件.

Abstract:To discuss the generating reasons and reducing methods of yarn hairiness,function mechanism of reducing hairiness in compact spinning technology,winding process,sizing process were analyzed,the influence factors of size mixture choice,pre-wetting sizing processing,high pressure sizing processing,position of pre-heating size boxes,running route of wet sizing,sizing creep et al on yarn hairiness were researched.It shows that compact spinning technology and Perla-A hairiness reducing set can reduce hairiness efficiently,and the efficient measures to cover hairiness are choosing material reasonably,adopting pre-wetting sizing & high pressure sizing,changing the running route of wet sizing and so on.
