清梳联系统工程设计的探讨

摘    要:清梳联系统实现了开清棉与梳棉工序的连续化和自动化,不仅降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率,节约用棉和用工,而且还可以提高产品质量和产品档次,分析了清梳联系统的特征,提出了清梳联系统工程的设计步骤,原则和内容,为了提高企业的市场竞争力,在设备造型时应具有一定的灵活性和产品适应性;为了保证清梳联系统安全可靠地运行,方便操作和维修,还要合理布置设备,合理设计清梳联系统的滤尘系统。

Abstract:By Using the blowing\|carding units,the continuousize and the automation of the processing were accomplished,not only the labor intensity was cut down,the production efficiency was promoted,the cotton consumption and the labor needs were saved,but also the product quality and product grade was improved.The characteristic of blowing\|carding units was analysed,the step,principle and content of design on blowing\|carding system engineering were pointed out.In order to strengthen the market competition capacity and to ensure the safe running,operating and maintenance of the blowing\|carding system,the equipment should be rationally arranged,and the dust\|filter system should be rationlly designed.
