棉Modal锦纶赛络纺包芯纱的纺制

摘    要:探讨外包纤维为精梳棉、Modal,芯纱为锦纶长丝的赛络纺包芯纱的生产工艺.介绍了锦纶丝、澳洲棉和Modal纤维的性能特点及纺纱工艺流程,通过纺纱工艺试验,针对原料性能,各工序优化配置了纺纱工艺并采取了相应的技术措施.粗纱工序采用轻定量、低速度、重加压、大隔距、较小后区牵伸和较大粗纱捻系数的工艺,细纱工序减小后区牵伸倍数,放大后区罗拉中心距.实践表明,纺制的精梳棉Modal锦纶丝赛络纺包芯纱为低弹纱,成纱质量良好.在纺制锦纶丝包芯纱时,选用的外包纤维细长、长度整齐度高,可以改善成纱条干和包覆效果,保证成纱质量.

Abstract:Production processing of siro core-spun yarn covered fibre with combed cotton and Modal, cored yarn with polyamide filament was discussed. Spinning process and properties of polyamide filament, Australian cotton and Modal fibre were introduced. Spinning processing was tested and optimized according to material properties in each process, and appropriate technical measures were adopted as well. In roving process light weight per unit, lower speed, heavy pressure, larger gauge, smaller draft in back zone and larger roving twist factor was adopted, In spinning process draft multiple in back zone should be reduced but back ratch should be increased. The fact shows siro core-spun yarn which is spun by combed cotton, Modal and polyamide filament is low-elastic yarn and has better quality. When spinning polyamide filament core-spun yarn covering fibre should be finer, longer and higher uniformity, which could improve yarn evenness and covering effect and guarantee yarn quality.
