| 摘 要： | 探讨PLC和变频器在纺织空调系统中的节能应用.介绍了利用变频器、PLC、数模转换模块、闭环温度控制模块、温湿度传感器等构成的温差闭环自动调节系统,分析了自动控制和手动控制方式,通过正确的安装调试,技术改造后运行效果较好.通过节能分析计算,认为:采用变频调速每年可节约电费8万余元,投资回收期15个月,节能效果可观.
