| 摘 要： | Richcel纤维是一种新型的高湿模量再生纤维素纤维.介绍了Richcel纤维18.2 tex针织纱的纺纱工艺流程和各工序工艺配置,针对Richcel纤维纺纱静电严重、易缠绕的特点,采用原料预处理、柔和开松等相应技术措施,减少了棉结的产生,成纱质量得到保证.

| Abstract: | Richcel fiber is a kind of new type high moisture modulus regenerated cellulose fiber. Spinning circulation and technology configuration of each process of Richcel fiber 18.2 tex knitting yarn were introduced. According to the performance of serious static and easy winding, relative technology measures such as raw material pretreatment , pastel opening and so on were adopted, and generating neps were reduced, yarn quality is assured. |
