摘    要:探讨DMT189型细纱机牵伸系统技术特点与性能。阐述了牵伸控制的基本原理,分析了细纱高倍牵伸存在的问题以及DMT189型细纱机牵伸机构的特点,并与SKF牵伸及V型牵伸进行了比较。指出:DTM189型细纱机通过采用后区VC型牵伸、前区延伸型长短双胶圈牵伸及其他一系列技术改进措施,增强了牵伸区对纤维的控制,使总牵伸倍数提高到50倍~150倍。在总牵伸倍数大大超过一般细纱机的条件下,成纱质量主要指标达到了Uster 2007公报5%的水平。
