喷气包芯纱的纺制及其包覆效果探析

摘    要:以35.5 tex(33.66 dtex)棉涤包芯纱为例,介绍了喷气包芯纱的纺纱工艺流程、各工序工艺参数配置及采取的技术措施.探讨了喷气纺纱的包覆机理,分析了影响喷气包芯纱包覆效果的主要因素.对喷气包芯纱与环锭包芯纱的成纱质量进行了对比,结果表明,喷气包芯纱强力不匀率小,包覆效果较好.

Abstract:Taking 35.5 tex(33.66 dtex) cotton polyester core-spun yarn as example, spinning technology circulation, technology parameters of each process and technique measures of air-jet core-spun yarn were introduced. Covered mechanism of air-jet spinning was discussed, and main factors which influence on covered effect of air-jet spinning were also analyzed. Yarn forming quality of air-jet core-spun yarn was compared with that of ring core-spun yarn, and the result shows that air-jet core-spun yarn has lower strength irregularity and better covered effect.
