| 摘 要： | 为了解CJ40型棉精梳机的性能特点,分析了CJ40型棉精梳机的主要技术特征并进行了纺纱实践.经检验,所纺精梳条质量达到Uster公报25%水平,CJ40型棉精梳机有效输出长度缩短、分离罗拉输出棉网接合长度增加,有效地提高了精梳条质量.

| Abstract: | To discuss the performance specialty of CJ40 cotton type comber, main technology specialty of CJ40 cotton type comber were analyzed, and spinning practice was done. The test shows that the quality of comb sliver can reach Uster 25% , the effective delivery length is shortened and the piecing length of delivery cotton web of detaching roller is increased, and the quality of comb sliver is enhanced effectively. |
