| 摘 要： | 深入分析太仓新太酒精厂实施清洁生产的成功经验。该厂在治理占太仓市全年COD排放总量70％的废醪液的过程中，开发应用循环经济模式，通过物流、能流的减量、梯级利用、循环利用，提高了主要原材料木薯的碳元素利用率，能耗仅为同行业平均的52％。通过案例分析，提出酒精行业产业生态化的基本模型。

| Abstract: | The success of clean production practiced by Xintai Grain Distillery was investigated comprehensively. During the management of waste mash solution (70 % of annual total COD discharge quantity of Taichang city), the distillery had developed applied circular economic modeling by cyclic utilization and decrease of physical distribution and energy flow, which could increase the use rate of carbon elements in cassava with energy consumption only 52 % of average levels in the industry. Through the analysis of the above case, the basic modeling of ecodevelopment of alcohol industry was put forward in this paper. (Tran. by YUE Yang) |
