| 摘 要： | Biolog微生物鉴定系统由浊读仪、读数仪、软件、数据库、微孔鉴定板组成，与计算机联网。对结果的鉴定需要考虑可能性、相似性、位距3个参数；通过SIM，DIST和PROB值与数据库中的ID比较，确定被鉴定的微生物的属种。

| Abstract: | Biolog microbes identification system is made up of turbidity reading instrument, reading instrument, software, database, and micropore identification plate. Such system is connected with computers. Three parameters including possibility; similarity and distance should be fully considered during identification. Microbial species were identified through the comparison of SIM, DIST and PROB values with ID in databank. |
