摘    要:辩证分析了浓香型白酒的陈化机理以及酒类专用炭对地王酒的陈化作用。从理论和实践中得出结论:汪洋酒炭与酒体本身具有密切的协调一致性,是酒体陈化的理想选择。

Abstract:The machanism of the aging function of Wangyang Brand Active Carbon on Diwang Liquor was dialectically analysed in this artical.The conclussion was resulted from the theory and the practice that the close fitness and dialectical relation exist between Wangyang Brand Active Carbon and liquors.The active carbon is good for aging Luzhou-flavour liquors.
