酒精生产中醪垢形成、预防及清洗

摘    要:醪垢的形成因素有:微溶或可溶物质在蒸馏过程中处于过饱和状态而析出;可溶性钙盐转化成碳酸钙垢;可溶性钙盐受热分解生成难溶碳酸钙垢;前处理的制浆工艺。醪垢的预防方法有化学防垢法、物理防垢法、控制离心清液回配比、减少回配量、改善工艺、规范操作。醪垢的清洗方法有化学清洗法(碱煮法、酸洗法)、CIP清洗法、高压水射流清洗法。

Abstract:The formation mechanism of mash scale is the following: slightly soluble or soluble substances in hypersaturated state separate out during distillation,soluble calcium salt converts into calcium carbonate scale or soluble calcium salt resolves into indissoluble calcium carbonate scale by heating.The prevention methods include chemical antiscale method,physical antisacle method,control of the return proportioning of centrifugal solution,technical innovation,and standardized operation.The cleaning methods of mash scale cover chemical cleaning(soda boiling and pickling process),CIP cleaning,and high pressure water washing.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
