| 摘 要： | 采用一种特殊的填料（LA填料），制成玻璃填充柱。白酒无需任何预分离处理，直接进样，就能准确测定白酒中乳酸和主要脂肪酸的含量，色谱柱制备难度大，但样品分析方法简捷、实用，可用于白酒中乳酸和主要脂肪酸含量的日常质量控制分析。

| Abstract: | A glass column packed with a special packing(LA packing) was developed in this work. With this column, lactic acid and major fatty acids in Chinese spirits could be accurately determined by direct-injection technique without any pre-treatment of the sample. In spite of the difficult preparation of the column,the analytical method was simple and practical ,so it can be applied in the routine analysis of lactic acid and major fatty acids in Chinese spirits. |
