酱香型白酒酿造过程主要影响因素的分析

摘    要:对酱香型白酒生产过程中的各影响因素进行分析。结果表明,优质、高产酱香型白酒酿造过程的影响因素概括起来主要为三大类:定向因素、营养因素和管理因素。只有对这些影响因素进行全面了解与掌握,才能生产出优质的酱香型白酒。
