微生物培养基优化方法研究进展

摘    要:微生物初级代谢产物和次级代谢产物的生物合成与培养基组成和培养条件密切相关,而在一个高度非线性、非结构化的复杂系统中要获得最佳工艺,试验优化技术具有很重要的作用。综述了单因子试验、正交试验、均匀设计、响应面设计、遗传算法和神经网络等优化技术并进行了展望。

Abstract:The biosynthesis of primary metabolite and secondary metabolite from microbes are closely related to culture medium compositions and culture conditions. In order to obtain the optimum techniques in a highly non-linear and unstructured complex system, experimental optimization methodology play an key role. Some methodology such as single factor test, orthogonal design, uniform design,response surface optimization design, genetic algorithms, and evolutionary algorithms were summarized in this paper.
